A construction professional with more than four decades of experience, Kevin Bernard Frassrand meets the needs of clients in the Clifton Park, New York area. Drawing on extensive construction knowledge and experience, he provides services including synthetic stucco, metal stud framing, and plastering along with remodeling work for residential and light commercial applications. Since joining as a subcontractor with BTC Development in 2006, Kevin Frassrand has installed more than 115,000 square feet of cultured stone on the fronts of apartment buildings in Upstate New York.

In addition to renovation work with BTC Development, Mr. Frassrand is currently working on a project that involves a three-story senior retirement facility. Utilizing CertainTeed Ledgestone panels, he will apply more than 32,000 square feet of stone.

Previously, Kevin Bernard Frassrand worked on a consulting basis with the Exterior Insulation Manufacturers Association, helping troubleshoot and fix incorrectly applied stucco products including Dryvit and Senergy. Active in his community, he belongs to the Bunnell Lodge #200 of the Free and Accepted Masons of Florida. In his free time, he enjoys working out and flying drones.
